The special assembly encompassed speeches and cultural programmes by children to enlighten and aware them about the significance of the day . The enthusiastic celebration of the day waged a glorious struggle against illiteracy, poverty and terrorism and well served the high ideals put forth by Malala Yousafzai, ‘Let us pick up our books and our pens, they are the most powerful weapons. One child, one teacher, one book and one pen can change the world. Education is the only solution.’

Grapes Day was celebrated with great zeal in our KG section. Our kids came to school dressed in pretty purple attires. The classrooms were beautifully decorated and many activities and games pertaining to purple colour were organised for our kids. Tiny tots also learned more about the taste, smell , texture of fruits and benefits of eating fresh fruits.

Orange colour Day was celebrated with enthusiasm. Orange is a dynamic colour and stimulates imagination and creativity. Our little kids were dressed in shades of orange, shining brightly. The children learnt various other things about the orange colour .The children were asked to bring orange coloured objects in the class on that day. The classrooms were beautifully decorated with orange coloured objects, ribbons and soft toys.
